Parameters

Index	Index into an array of all available meta data.
IFD	(optional) Where to store the Image File Directory (IL_TIFF_IFD*) of the selected meta data.
ID	(optional) Where to store the ID (IL_META_*) of the selected meta data.

IL_TRUE if Index is valid.

Retrieve raw image meta data.

Parameters

IFD	The Image File Directory to use (this is to prevent collisions between meta data with the same ID):

IFD	Description
IL_TIFF_IFD0	First directory
IL_TIFF_IFD1	Optional second directory
IL_TIFF_IFD_EXIF	Directory containing EXIF data
IL_TIFF_IFD_GPS	GPS information goes here
IL_TIFF_IFD_INTEROP	EXIF interoperability directory

Parameters

ID	A 16 bit tag ID that together with the IFD specifies a meta data. Alternatively this can be one of the following (and IFD is then ignored):

IL_META_APERTURE	RATIONAL	Lens aperture in APEX units.
IL_META_ARTIST	ASCII	Name of the person who created the image.
IL_META_BRIGHTNESS	SRATIONAL	Brightness value in APEX units, if numerator is 0xFFFFFFFF the value is "unknown".
IL_META_COLOUR_SPACE	WORD	1: sRGB, 65536: uncalibrated

Set raw meta data.

Parameters

IFD	The Image File Directory to use (this is to prevent collisions between meta data with the same ID). When saving an image that supports IFDs (TIFF, Jpeg) the meta data will be stored in this IFD.
ID	A 16 bit tag ID that together with the IFD specifies a meta data. Alternatively this can be one of the meta tag IDs listed in the description if ilGetMetadata, the IFD is then ignored and the default one for the tag will be used.
Type	Type of the meta data.
Count	The number of entries of given type (except for ASCII and BLOB).
Size	The total size of data.
Data	Pointer to the new data.
